Welcome to the First Aid Academy.

First Aid Academy is a specialised training school in First Aid training and provides Rescue Equipment for sale and hire and also conducts the maintenance of the equipment.

Our training department is headed by Alex van Welderen a PADI Course Director with over twenty years experience in training. His team is a highly dedicated and enthusiastic group of Instructors that have the skills and will travel.

First Aid Academy conducts training in First Aid for the Work place (the old senior First Aid) now called Apply First Aid. We also conduct Oxygen Resus courses and CPR courses or updates. For the more advanced training we have LVR (Low Voltage Rescue) and Injection training and not to forget we also have a care for children course. Our courses are recognized in Australia but also internationally under the (EFR) Emergency First Response corp. banner.

We conduct training around Brisbane and in Cairns and we often travel from Cairns to the Tablelands, South to Mission beach or North to Mossman and we are happy to send trainers anywhere. We have Public courses weekly in several locations and we are happy to conduct group courses where we come to you or your team comes to us at a corporate rate.

Our students often comment that the course was enjoyable and the feel much more confident after any of the programs.
